Mod-ern Chic

Yesterday a group of eight of us girls from the office ventured to the new Indian restaurant in town. I know, daring, right? Well, with College Station being a small town, we only had one Indian restaurant, and it is sub par. And that's being nice. TAZ was GREAT - definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

One of the girls totally inspired me with her look. She had a beautiful, navy blue sheath dress with small gold button details at the top. It was a nod to the mod style, and she brought it current with a pair of killer leopard print heels and some simple gold earrings.

Here are a couple of ways you can give homage to mod, get to wear your newest, fab shoes and not look like you're out of a 1960s yearbook.
