My brother and his fiance decided last week that they are going to get married on September 18, 2010. Yes, folks, that is only a few short weeks away. So the rush has begun. The venue has been selected, invitations are out, the dress is bought and the grooms cake chosen. My brother's fiance asked me to design the decor for the reception, so I've been consumed with stalking wedding photographers' blogs and Facebook albums. I've decided on a country rustic chic theme, complete with wildflowers, square haybales for extra seating, antique white and clear glass vases and decorations, and maybe a cute glass animal here and there. (trust me, it will be gorgeous!) Here are some shots that I'm using for inspiration.

So the theme got me thinking of how you can incorporate a little country rustic/vintage chic into your fall wardrobe. Here are a few ideas!
In this Texas heat you'll be able to wear a lightweight dress well into fall. So pick one with a little bit of romantic inspiration with a ruffle and a small floral patter.
Floral Dress ($248)
Bring some nature to your wardrobe with fun jewelry.
Bird ring ($14);
Leaf earrings ($38).
And finally, love you some leather! I can't get enough of it. It's soft and yummy and a good leather bag will last you a lifetime.
Vintage satchel ($178).
Tantivy boot ($498) - or the more reasonable alternative
Tumble suede boot ($179).
