Cosmic Flair

This weekend I headed to Dallas to attend the Get Motivated seminar at the American Airlines Center. It was great to hear from Colin Powell and Laura Bush, what outstanding speakers!

Sunday night my sister and her boyfriend kidnapped me from the hotel and we ventured out to try the Cosmic Cafe in Oak Lawn, a vegetarian Nepalese restaurant. I have to say it was quite different than any other place I've been. There were flags flying, masks, murals and bright colors everywhere. Each wall was painted a different, bright, beautiful color.

Add some ethnic flair to your fall wardrobe with color, pattern and texture.

DO:
Go bold in a bright sweater or accessorize with playful pieces.
DON'T:
Look like a bridesmaid, Christmas present or homecoming date.
